Novice
- Duration: 5 Days / Delegates: 3 maximum.

Refresher Training

These trucks are used for stacking loads and order picking in very narrow aisle widths such as within the warehousing and logistics industries as well as other sectors.
We provide courses on both man up and man down trucks with a specific risk based approach to the work environment.

This course forms a risk based approach to a safe escape for VNA (very narrow isle truck) operators that can become trapped when working at height for any reason and our team train on the ‘basket to basket’ rescue manoeuvre, supporting operators skills to successfully manage and carry out a rescue procedure.
Trucks can break down for many reasons, and if the forks are already in a load or racking it can prevent the cab from lowering safely and present a significant risk. (risk assessment is vital).
This course helps operators to understand how to check, fit and utilise safety harnesses and lanyards.
